Wire Tacking/Electronics Bonding Kit
These convienently pre-packaged kits are designed for tacking wires or large components on circuit boards. Without the accelerator, the adhesive flattens on the board and produces poor bonding. By briefly misting the adhesive with an accelerator, the adhesive immediately sets before it flattens and forms a hard drop or bead. This "tacks" the wire or component to the board.
By applying the accelerator before the adhesive you can create very weak bonds for temporary tacks.
In all cases, use the accelerator sparingly or else the adhesive will "popcorn" or "shatter" and produce a weak bond.
